bumblebee powersaving causes lags in games and graphical stuff

Hi everyone smile what's up?
i'm using a laptop with discerte GPU so obviosely need bumblebee.
Heavy graphical programs have lags during not-charging times, immediately after pluging in everything goes smooth as it's best, so i'm quite sure it's power saving which takes GPU from dedicating it's abilities. i did a search and all i got was changing power saving with optimus (bbswitch and some other similiar options).
what i want is a command or a configuration option to handle my GPU as i want.
also i checked

 optimus --status

and i'm sure that Discerte GPU is off as i said before.
what should i do?

EDIT: also checked primusrun and still won't force Discerte GPU hmm

Looks like you have a power manager throttling down the integrated gpu.
