Let's save Papirus Dark!

Hi everyone!

There is very elegant and clean theme pack named Papirus. It was shipped in two flavours: light and dark. The last one was everything for my bloodyred tired eyes. After GTK 3.20 was released and everything have got completely broken Papirus Dark was dropped by varlesh, it's author, cause he don't know GTK good for his own words. He also said that Arc Dark a is good replacement (nah, it's not, background is much lighter than #222222!).

I'm sure that Papirus Dark as the most cozy and complete themepack shouldn't be buried like that. So I need someone to help me with it's maintaining. I've already forked some parts, reverted em back to the dark side, fixed a little and uploaded updated PKGBUILDs to AUR. But there's much work to do, I have no time to overcome it alone:

1) Fix Papirus Dark to work with actual GTK version
2) Make repository for DEB-based systems
3) Port small fixes from upstream
4) Add more skins for more apps
