Hi,
I'm running dual monitor configuration and XFCE Arch. X server config doesn't exist - there's no desired files in locations explained in Xorg manual. I'm a newbie so I have a few questions. How to generate configuration which would contain all proper monitor settings etc.? How does X server even manage to work if there's no configuration? xrandr shows stuff but where does he get it from? It's because XFCE handles display config itself with those .xml files? I suppose that lack of X configuration causes multiple problems that I can't solve e.g. XFWM Compositor enables VSync only on primary monitor, Teamviewer (from AUR, is it Wine emulation btw or sth? - terrible) shows whole desktop all the time - it's impossible to set strictly one monitor. Please, don't beat me in replies if those questions are silly. Thanks greatly for help in advance.

EDID If the values returned from the displays via EDID is incorrect or absent see Xrandr#Adding_undetected_resolutions then use the "Permanently adding undetected resolutions Section" below that.

Thank you for your response. I missed that point in wiki somehow. So, Xorg ought to be configured automatically. To solve other problems I will start another thread according to forum's rules.
