Touchpad and some keys not working on Asus R558UF-XO044T

Keys not working : Brightness Up / Down, Screen on/off, Touchpad Enable/Disable.

I'm booting with kernel boot parameter as pci=noaer, in order to avoid huge logs (see logs without pci=noaer).
Touchpad doesn't work with / without pci=noaer.
It's not hardware issue(or touchpad switched off from hardware), because everything works on Windows.

Touchpad stopped working after BIOS update to version 405.
I've attached dmidecode before and after bios update.
