Wake-on-lan: connection fails after resume

With ethernet controller  Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 10)

if I enable WOL through Networkamanger or udev rule,
when resuming after suspend, it cannot establish connection .
To access the web I have to:
- wait few minutes for it
- disable ethernet interface, unplug and plug again the cable

There is a way to solve this bug, while leaving WOL disabled?
