/bin missing from $PATH in chroot

Under Arch /bin is a symlink to /usr/bin so /bin doesn't appear in $PATH. This is a problem while chrooting Debian-based systems.

Is it possible to configure chroot so that it always adds /bin to its $PATH (so that I don't have to do it manually?)

Re: /bin missing from $PATH in chroot

Put it in your ~/.profile (or the equivalent of your shell)?
