noise from tv card when starting system

Hi, when I'am loading alsa as a daemon with rc.conf, strong noise is going from of my TV-card output. When I turn the tvtime on and off, the noises are gone. Does anybody know how to disable it once for all ? thx for echo

Running 'alsactl restore' should give you the strange noises, then fire up 'alsamixer' and play around with all controls until you identify the one responsible for the noise (wild guesses: ac97, aux, line-in), turn it down, run 'alsactl store' and you should be set.
