Bluetoothctl "no default controller available"

Hi,everybody,I can't fix the bluetooth error on my laptop (Acer Aspire E1-470/Intel Core i3-3217U(1.8 GHz),4GB DDR3 RAM,500 GB HDD) with bluez 5.41.I can use my bluetooth headset on bluez 5.37 once and after upgrading my system several times,I can't get work my bluetooth. My recent system version is 4.7.0-1-ARCH x86_64 GNU/Linux.I spent some times on hcitools, hciconfig, dmesg, journalctl, they all show that mine bluetooth card is up and running .But I can't use it.
I don't know not much about kernel and just wanna to know how to fix this.I'd already know that solving others problems is very difficult ,and it needs so much experiences and knowledges. But we can't survive without your efforts.Linux also can't survive without you. Thanks you ,geeks.

Re: Bluetoothctl "no default controller available"

Hello.  First, you may want to read the article linked in my signature.  Fewer platitudes and more substance, please.

What are the specific commands you are trying?
What BT hardware have you? (Output of lsusb or lspci )

Show us specific output, like this session in which I connected to my BT speaker.  I am now enjoying some Coldplay
