KDE control bar disappears
After i disconnect an external monitor my control bar/taskbar disappears. It does not get restored after restarting KDE/rebooting.

Are you using an external monitor on the laptop, or more than one screen? My problem is only triggered by removing the second monitor.

Just a single hdmi connected monitor to the desktop machine - but losing the taskbar/panel is common to both which is why I wondered if there is a connection - possibly in the set of plasma packages?
