Kitematic not able to connect to docker dameon.

Hi,
I just installed docker on my laptop. My problem: I can't use Kitematic. There is an error message saying docker is not running. This happens when I start docker using systemd:

sudo systemctl start docker

But it works just fine when I start the docker daemon manually:

sudo docker daemon

The docker info command works in both cases described.

What could be the problem in this case?
