NVIDIA, Powermizer locked

Hi guys,

Since i have my laptop (ASUS G750jw, i7 4700hq, GTX 765m) there a big problem with my GTX.
I have windows in dual boot and it run great on it.

On Arch, i use the nvidia proprietary driver always up to date.
Glxgears works.

When i run "nvidia-settings",
The performance level can change sometimes (and sometimes not, i don't understand why).
When i change Preferred mode to "Prefer Maximum Performance" Graphics Clock=797MHz but the maximum is 901MHz.

Windows can up to 901MHz but not Arch...

Any idea?
