ERROR:device did not show up & job control turned off with uefi USB

Something went wrong when installing archlinux with uefi USB way.

After verify GPG,md5 and sha1 ,I just unziped the .iso to the USB drive.
And then reboot to install archlinux.

Here's a picture because I dont know how to describe this:
