LibreOffice Problem with RTL language navigation

One of my friends and I have same problem with LibreOffice when writing RTL languages like Persian

after Configuring Tools > Options > Language Settings > Languages > Complex Text Layout (CTL) to Persian
AND
selecting Right To Left from Toolbar (Shift+Ctrl+D)

when i try to type everything is ok, but when I want to navigate through my text by Keyboard Arrow Keys, when I want to go Right, I should press Left and  when I want to go Left, I should press Right, not very big problem but it is disturbing and annoying me!

my friend have this problem on firefox too, but I've not! and he is using gnome and I use XFCE (maybe this help)

is there any same experience or solution?
