DWM - How to make DWM control wine app pop ups?

I have a windows only app I need for work.  I've been able to get it running via wine.  Sometimes I need to open a pop-up window and then open another pop-up window from the previous pop-up.  Here is a tree:

[Main Window]
                         |-------> [pop-up #1]
                                                            |-------> [pop-up #2]

Problem 1: DWM cannot tile the pop ups.
Problem 2: When closing pop-up#2, pop-up#1 is hidden behind main menu.  I will then use Mod4+mouse(left click) to move the main menu to get visual on pop-up#1

I'm not versed in wine + window managers.  This is the only wine app I use.  Any leads/suggestions very welcome.
