change bootlogo

hi, I'm just curious. Is there a way to change the bootlogo from the standard-arch-kernel to the logo from the original kernel (tux)?

btw. i don't want to use bootsplash

Re: change bootlogo

You'd have to recompile the kernel. If you use ABS and the stock kernel's PKGBUILD, and you want everything else to remain the same, you just need to comment out this line:

cp ../logo_linux_clut224.ppm drivers/video/logo/
