You are not logged in.
I have two screens connected to my desktop, and when I installed and first logged in, all was fine, I set the task manager to display only the tasks from the screen it is on, and added an empty panel to my second screen with a task manager widget set to the same settings.
Then I rebooted, and found my panels have switched their places - the one with system tray, clock, etc. was on my other screen, whereas the one that only had the task manager was on my primary screen. I moved them back, but now the task manager on my primary screen displays tasks only from my secondary screen, and vice versa.
This persists even after removing and adding the widgets.
