[Solved] libgcrypt15

Anyone else having problems with this package?

==> Verifying source file signatures with gpg...
    libgcrypt-1.5.6.tar.gz ... FAILED (unknown public key 249B39D24F25E3B6)
==> ERROR: One or more PGP signatures could not be verified!

It builds with --skipinteg.  Given what it is, I am completely unwilling to install the package until I sort this out.
