Some apps do not work over VNC

Hi All,
   I hope you are well.
I am having issue starting up some apps over VNC session. It works fine within regular (not remote) LXDE session.
Libre Office produces error:

The application cannot be started.
An internal error occurred.

I have deleted libreoffice folder within .config folder and restarted it, but no improvement.

Also Frozen Bubble is loading up then the window disappears.

Please advise.
Thank you

Re: Some apps do not work over VNC

My guess is that any application that attempts to use accelerated graphics (direct rendering through the video card, anything using OpenGL) is failing to run. This would include most video games and some big applications like Firefox.

Try disabling hardware acceleration in LibreOffice. I think it's here: Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> View -> Graphics Output: Disable "Use Hardware acceleration" and "Use OpenGL for all rendering".

Does that make a difference?
