[MATE 64-bit GTK3] Screensaver positioning itself wrong

I've got dual monitors hooked up to an AMD video card, running catalyst from Vi0L0's repo, using mate-gtk3 as DE.  Everything's working pretty well, except mate-screensaver is acting weird.  The part of the screensaver that should show on my second monitor shows up on my main monitor instead, over top of the main monitor's screensaver.  Any windows on the second monitor are visible.  When I move my mouse on the main monitor, the unlock prompt appears, but is still covered by the second monitor's screensaver, until I click somewhere on the main monitor to force it to the front.  I've looked for configuration files or gsettings options for mate-screensaver and found none that should affect how it positions itself.  Any thoughts?

Re: [MATE 64-bit GTK3] Screensaver positioning itself wrong

FYI, the problem only happens if my mouse is on my left-hand monitor (which is primary).  If the mouse cursor is on the right-hand monitor when the screensaver trips, the screensaver covers the whole display as it should.
Per this, the issue might be a bug w/ mate-screensaver 1.14.1.  If anyone has 1.15.x, can you confirm whether the bug still happens there?

Can confirm that issue still persists in mate-screensaver-gtk3 1.16.0-2.

EDIT: Only happens when using screensaver theme "Blank screen". With any other theme it does put the screensaver on both displays.
