Mate, fn keys hang up the X server

Hi, haven't updated for a few weeks, so don't know evil package.
Asus laptop, Gnome 2, after pressing fn+# (change keyboard highlight, mute audio, sleep, etc) X server hangs up. Well, not totally, mouse cursor is still alive, but mouse clicks and keyboard buttons don't do anything. Can anyone help with it? Here is xorg log:
