Bluetooth Headset not working

I have tried to connect bluetooth headset but I keep getting an error. I pair the device and connect the device as a headset, it connects successfully but then disconnects after a few seconds.

I have installed all the required packages found on the bluetooth and bluetooth headsets articles, I have even tried bluez-git, and it still doesn't work. I have tried to connect the headsets in Ubuntu and they connected successfully, so there is nothing wrong with the headset or hardware. My bluetooth manage is Blueman. I have tried blueberry and that works, but I would rather Blueman because it has lots more features.
