Vocabulary learning software with multi line support

Hi there,
is there any vocabulary learning software the supports entering multiple lines? I need this to learn chemical reactions. And the programs I tested (parley and jVLT) doesn't seem to support entering multiple lines. And everything entering in one line looks confusing, counterintuitive and unclear as it gets quite long. Does anyone know such a software?

Preferably something that is in the Arch Repositories (or AUR). If there's no such software I would be also fine with any Linux application or even windows application that (perhaps) runs reasonably well under wine.
