I finished my Arch installation, my PC is an i5 with 16GB ram, using Qtile as WM, system runs really fast. Just one issue, mouse cursor drawing is not smooth, it feels like the frame rate for mouse cursor is not high enough, compare to the mac I'm using by the side.
I thought it might be polling rate issue, I checked the polling interval, it shows 1ms, and evhz reports polling rate as average 880Hz, it looks really high, it shouldn't be the reason.

...Is there any setting controls the mouse cursor draw rate, which I can tweak?

You should probably elaborate on this, at least I cannot really imagine your issue.
Does the cursor skip pixels?
Or does it seem to move too slow (compared to the input)?
Does the mouse provide a HW switch to toggle the resolution?
What's the output of
xset -q | grep accelerationOffline
I'm not sure what the terminology should be used here to describe it. Hmm, let me put it this way: when I move mouse cursor from point A to point B of certain distance in certain speed, on Mac, I can see 10 mouse cursors were drawn in between point A and point B in the movement, while on Arch, I can see only 4 mouse cursors were drawn, this make the feeling of mouse movement not so smooth on Arch.

acceleration?
What's "xset -q | grep acceleration" and how do you like "xset m 1 0"?

On linux, refresh rate is 30Hz over HDMI:
~> xrandr
HDMI1 connected 3840x2160+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 620mm x 340mm
3840x2160 30.00* 25.00 24.00 29.97 23.98 29.98 On Mac I'm not sure, I suppose it is 60Hz.

Change mouse acceleration doesn't help.

...so you wan't see more than 30fps.
The general jerkyness is expected unless you use some sort of motion interpolation available on the TV/monitor side.
-EDIT-
...or lower the resolution to allow more Hz.
I'm not that expert, but from a little calculation, sustaining 60fps at that resolution means a throughput of about 1.5GB(ytes) per second with 24bit color depth:
3840*2160*24/8/1000/1000/1000*60=1.49

You need a full HDMI 2.0x chain (output, cable and monitor input) - in doubt it's the cable. It's always the cable ;-)
Notice that actually the HDMI version doesn't tell you much, vendors are required to list all caps of their device, so you'll have to ensure the guaranteed framerate/resolution this way. It's a total mess :-(

I tried switching to 1920x1080@60Hz, it felt much better, mouse cursor drawing much smoother.
My monitor supports HDMI 2.0, I suppose my cable too, turned out my motherboard's HDMI output is only HDMI 1.4, so 30 Hz only for 4K. I need to consider to buy a graphic card to solve this.
Thanks for all the helps.
