[solved] KFind doesn't work any more / process for the protocol file

Hi,

I can't use KFind anymore; KFind does not find anything.
If I try to choose the directory, where to search in; I get the error message "the process for the file protocol died unexpectedly"

It's my user session, with a fresh new user KFind works.

I deleted .kde4/share/config/kfindrc - did not help

any idea

Edit: ~/.config/Trolltech.conf was culprit, after remove of it KFind works again

EditEdit: No it only worked for one time - now it does not work anymore, also removing Trolltech.conf does not help anymore :-(

EditEditEdit: I don't know what exactly was wrong, I removed ~/.kde4 and reconfigured my KDE4-Apps, now KFind works again and is stable - I hope
