pkgrel in PKGBUILD

Hello,

I maintain the following package in aur: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/plas … ranslator/

Some days ago I updated the url of the source code (new url, same version). Therefore, I increased the value of pkgrel to 2. However, the title of the package in aur is still "plasma-runners-translator 0.6.1-1" and not "plasma-runners-translator 0.6.1-2" as expected.
I don't understand this. I thought the last number indicates the version of the build script and is derived from pkgrel. What do I have to change instead to increase this number?

Thanks in advance :-)

Re: pkgrel in PKGBUILD

Sounds like you never updated the .SRCINFO file.

Re: pkgrel in PKGBUILD

I strongly urge you to use a git hook to avoid forgetting that in the future. See my signature for an example implementation.

Oh, I totally forgot about this. Thanks, now it's correct. :-)
