Cannot resume after suspend-to-ram unless "rmmod nouveau --force"

I have an Acer TMP246M-MG.
Video card 1: 4th Gen Core Processor Integrated Graphics Controller
Videa card 2: NVIDIA GeForce 820M
For over a year, my laptop is completely unresponsive after resuming from suspend-to-ram.
Learned "no_console_suspend", found something informative:

This is the result after resuming from "echo ram | sudo tee /etc/power/state":
> Kernel panic - not syncing: nouveau 0000:01:00.0: unrecoverable failure
Screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/TPgPnab.jpg

With gdm enabled and without initcall_debug:
> nouveau MMIO 0000:01:000: bus MMIO write of 0000001f fault at 6013i4 [IBUS]
> (after a while)
> Kernel panic - not syncing: nouveau 0000:01:00.0: unrecoverable failure

Whenever "env DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo" is excuted this message
> nouveau 0000:01:00.0: bus: MMIO write of ??????1f FAULT at 6013d4 [ IBUS ]
will appear in the journal.

This is the result after resuming from "systemctl suspend" today:
> detected stalls on cpu/tasks
> detected expedited stalls on cpu/tasks
> task kworker/??? blocked for more than 120 seconds

journalctl of this boot: https://gist.github.com/johnchen902/86b … 86055d1d28

I can successfully resume from "echo freeze | sudo tee /etc/power/state".
If I "rmmod nouveau --force", then I can successfully resume after suspend-to-ram.

How to solve it?
As the last resort, how to disable nouveau properly? (I don't play games, at least for now.)
