Hello.
I am having a problem adding a new printer with KDE. CUPS daemon is started, and KDE printing service (print-manager) to. So, when I go to Settings->Printers->"Click here to add a new printer", I can see the printer, but all fields come gray and an error message comes up (Add Failed to group devices: 'The name org.fedoraproject.Config.Printing was not provided by any .service files'): http://i.imgur.com/qcgFUOy.png
What can i do?

I don't know what's wrong with KDE... I've only ever used the CUPS web interface.
Can you add the printer using the web interface?

It looks like you need to install system-config-printer, see https://www.archlinux.org/packages/extr … ter/files/.

I ran into the same problem right now and am wondering if not this system-config-printer package should be a optional dependency to whatever KDE package that controls printers?
