I'm happy to see that with GNOME 3.22, Wayland session became default.
Unfortunately there's still a problem with screensharing in Google Hangouts.
If I start a Hangouts call with a colleague in Chrome and try to share my screen, he just sees my cursor moving on a black screen (same as in GNOME 3.20 on Wayland).
XOrg session still works fine.
Is there any settings / workaround for this or is screensharing not supported yet on Wayland?

Some applications related to display are either broken or half working. Wayland "is young" and not a lot of display related software support it.
You cannot record any screencast under Wayland. Developper have to adapt their code to Wayland, now.
