[Solved] Window Decorations are hidden under top bar after Gnome 1:3.2

After the latest gnome update (1:3.22.1-1) the window decorations such as the close button and other functions in other programs are hidden under the top bar when the window is maximised.
Does anyone have any idea where the problem may be ?

When updating gnome to newer versions, be sure to grab any new gnome components:-

# pacman -Syu gnome gnome-extra

Give it a try, it may fix the problem for you.

Work smart, not hard.

Backup the .config folder and create a new, fresh one.

mv .config .config_old

log out, then login.

Re: [Solved] Window Decorations are hidden under top bar after Gnome 1:3.2

I recreated the ~/.config and moved some of the unrelated config files from old to new and it solved the problem.
Bit of a sledgehammer to crack a walnut approach but it worked.
I don't know exactly where the offending file is but it will do. i obviously just need to reconfigure some programs now.
Thanks
