The problem login to phpmyadmin

Hi...
Lamp has run successfully now I login problem to phpmyadmin.
I bellow the editing line problem is not resolved.

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['user'] = 'root';
$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPasswordRoot'] = 'true';

I noticed in your last thread you forgot to respond to the mod who asked to confirm this is Arch, not Manjaro.
