In the past I was able to import and export WebP images in Kolourpaint from extra repo, but I just noticed that in version 16.08.2 of Kolourpaint I'm not able to export images in WebP format anymore (the option in save dialog is missing).

Nevertheless, I can still import webp images only by dragging it to Kolourpaint window, because the "load image" dialog doesn't also let me import images in this format. Anyway, when I try to overwrite a webp image from Kolourpaint, it brings me to the save dialog and again I can't export the image in the same format.
It's a bug, a missing dependency (although I have already all the mandatory and optional dependencies installed), or Kolourpaint is dropping support for WebP images?
EDIT: solved by installing qt5-imageformats package.
