Dual booting Arch Linux and Hackintosh

How can I dual boot Arch Linux and Hackintosh in a laptop with 128GB SSD and 1TB HDD?

I would be using Archlinux as the main OS while Hackintosh as secondary OS.
I would like to Arch Linux on 128GB SSD along with all the software i would be using.
For Hackintosh I would to create a 250 Gb partition on HDD along with 2 partition with the remaining space.
I would like install Hackintosh such that I can remove the installation from the 250 gb partition and install any other without damaging the arch linux installation.
