Lenovo yoga sometimes not waking after suspend

Recently I've bought Lenovo Yoga 700-14 and installed Arch on it. Everything seems to work fine except one problem. Sometimes after suspending laptop does not wake up. Also CAPS LOCK starts blinking. Then the only solution is cold shutdown with power button.

Actually, I don't know really where to start investigating this problem, but information below might be useful:

I'm using Gnome Shell and faced this problem using both Xorg and Wayland.

Watching journalctl I've found some errors after initiating suspend:
Nov 01 19:09:28 localhost.localdomain org.gnome.Shell.desktop[631]: Window manager warning: Failed to read EDID of output eDP-1: No such file or directory

But the last log events is ok:
Nov 01 19:09:31 localhost.localdomain systemd[1]: Starting Suspend...
Nov 01 19:09:31 localhost.localdomain systemd-sleep[22491]: Suspending system...

As about hardware, there's Intel Core i7 6500u CPU and HD Graphics 520 video card in my laptop.
