Don't Gecko apps need rebuilding?

Don't Firefox, Thunderbird, XULRunner, etc. need to be rebuilt against the new version of OpenSSL from testing? It looks like all of KDE has been rebuilt but no Gnome or Gecko stuff... Is it unaffected?

(Since I use Galeon, I'd prefer not to upgrade until I find out whether it will break my browser.)
