Bluetooth headset has noticeable latency and gets disconnected

Hello recently got an Bluetooth headphone Mpow antelope, it was working great with my mobile and windows system so wanted to test it on linux, but it suffers from frequent latency for which I had to restart pulseaudio often when I got journalctl output I noticed there was

Nov 17 12:59:51 IamaHypokrites kernel: Bluetooth: hci0 SCO packet for unknown connection handle 65528

the handle number varied  but the message was same also sometimes saw pulseaudio skipping x milliseconds

I've turned of auto sink disconnect from pulseaudio default config?
what else am I missing ?
