Greetings,
I am using Intel Corporation Wireless 7265 wireless card and using iwlwifi kernel module as the driver.
I can normally use the device, however in startup kernel reports the following error messages:
[ 9.350297] iwlwifi 0000:03:00.0: Unsupported splx structure

My question is, why is this log printed and is it a big problem? What is "Unsupported splx structure"?

AFAIK it isn't a big problem, somewhere I've seen a patch which explains it a little bit more and downgrade it from an error to a warning or info message.
