I'm having an issue after I suspend my laptop, or when the screen autodims after a few inactive minutes. The screen goes black, and becomes totally unresponsive. A workaround I've found is to switch to another tty (2,3,...) and then back to the initial session using Ctrl+Alt+F1.
I'm running Gnome (Gnome-Xorg session, it doesn't happen with Xwayland), have an Intel graphics card (Toshiba laptop).
