Hey guys, wondering if someone has figured this out. I have chrome installed and the pepper-flash from the repo and it works fine but I can't get opera to work. The wiki says opera uses the pepper-flash now but I just can't get this to work on opera.
local/chromium-pepper-flash 1:23.0.0.162-1 [installed]
Every time I try to play something flash I get the black box saying "Update Flash"
like visiting this site: http://www.dhs.state.il.us/accessibilit … video.html
But the site below and a few others that test show it installed.
Detailed results
JavaScript Flash Detection Library
Installed Yes Raw version Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0 Major version 23 Minor version 0 Revision Unknown Revision string r0
Adobe Flash Player Detection Kit (Client)
Type Plugin (Non-IE) Version 23.0.0
Adobe Flash Player Detection Kit (Server)
Installed Yes Note
So, to sum this up it seems like it's seeing the pepper-flash plugin but won't actually play flash and give me the "update flash" message. Anybody else having this issue?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
You must install pepper-flash 23.0.0.207-1 from AUR because chromium-pepper-flash no longer exists.

Thanks, I removed the one I had and installed pepper-flash from the AUR. I looked for it before on the AUR with Yaourt search pepper-flash...but nothing ever returned. But a yaourt pepper-flash found and installed it. Wonder why the search feature didn't work. Anyways, thanks this resolved the issue. Have a great rest of your day.
