Alex Williams recommendation as of september 2016 seems to be:
No new Code 43 problems!
Workaround for NVIDIA Hyper-V detection "bug"-cpu ...,hv_vendor_id=KeenlyKVM
<hyperv> ... <vendor_id state='on' value='KeenlyKVM'/> ... </hyperv>
QEMU 2.5+, libvirt v1.3.3+
see http://awilliam.github.io/presentations … 2016/#/4/2
I use a GTX970 and use KVM directly qemu (not using libvirt) and didnt have the problem.

Could you post how do you use QEMU directly? I already tried it bug after installing Win 7 I am getting an BSOD at first boot.
EDIT
I am getting 0x0000007E BSOD
EDIT2
Passthrough only works with an UEFI machine? I want it with a BIOS machine so I can use Win 7 32 bits.

Ehe It worked once with Win 10.... maybe it would be better to buy an AMD card for that?

dragonn : there are ways to use passthrough with seabios insted of uefi/omvf .
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
(A works at time B) && (time C > time B ) ≠ (A works at time C)
