Font problem in PCManFM

I'm having a weird problem with PCmanFM font displaying. When hidden files (and folders) are shown in icon view, fonts on folder names are not displayed correctly, the lower parts of fonts are missing. It looks like this  http://i.imgur.com/jAGPvX9.png/. The font is Liberation Sans, but it's the same with other fonts. I'm using XFCE and there is no such problem with Thunar.

Re: Font problem in PCManFM

File a bug against pcmanfm?

Looks like this exposes an imperformant approach where the entire icon is rendered into a buffer and the buffer is then painted (again) with a global opacity change. (The bug would then be that your fonts descent is too small, thus the buffer as well)

Re: Font problem in PCManFM

@max kaspar: XFCE has its own way to handle the themes, icons, etc., without ~/.gtkrc-2.0 and since (I'm guessing here) that you are using pcmanfm gtk version, you need an external application like lxappearance so it can generate the ~/.gtkrc-2.0 file.

Re: Font problem in PCManFM

@Joel: Well, I'm actually using pcmanfm-gtk3, and i have ~/.config/gtk3.0/settings.ini file. Maybe pcmanfm needs to be updated for the latest gtk3 version?
