Gedit source code browser plugin problem

Hello, i can't turn on the "source code browser" plugin in Gedit 3. The error message say that the python plugin loader is missing. thank you for help.

I precise i'm on Mate desktop environment and i installed Gedit aside Pluma. First i wanted to use the plugin with Pluma but the plugin is not detected by Pluma when i copy it into both directories ~/.local/share/pluma/plugins and ~/.local/share/gedit/plugins, only Gedit detect it.
