[SOLVED] Pressing Alt is like pressing Alt+Meta

Hi!
I would like to set some custom shortcuts but when I press Alt it accept it as Alt+Meta, I can't understand why! This is not so relevant, but I can't use some shortcut with only Alt, I should change all of them! Alt+F4 is understood for example, and is even more strange, but others are not...
Thanks  for your help!

Gnome? On wayland? Tried xorg?
Monitored input with xev an/or evtest?
Got a pattern on what works as expected (shell? WM? native wayland clients) and what not?

Yes I'm using gnome on Wayland! I skip to xorg and we'll see https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GD … rg_backend
I have not monitored input.
Everything else works as expected!

Re: [SOLVED] Pressing Alt is like pressing Alt+Meta

I added a shortcut in keyboard settings with

guake -t

for Alt+a (or Alt+Meta+a....) and I've switched to Xorg! Problem solved!
