PGP key issue - Cannot download packets

Hi. I'n having trouble by issuing the pacstrap command.
I get the typical error:

I tried changing mirrors, initializing and populating gnupg key unsuccessfully.

Any idea?

Do you actually have an internet connection? Can you bring up elinks and go to google?

I managed with this. It was a firewall issue.
