[SOLVED] No desktop notification (notify-osd, dunst) electron apps.

I am using xmonad and dunst for desktop notifications. Notifications don't show from slack. I have tried with notify-osd as well. Also I previsouly was using gnome and notifications show up in gnome. Anyone have any ideas?

Do they show for other (non-slack) applications?

@ayekat I am still not sure what happened but with no changes and a few restarts later it appears to be working. I was getting other notify-send message just not from electron based apps. Will mark solved for now and reopen if I see the issue again. Thanks!
