Use cinnamon applet with fluxbox
Good day everybody!
I spent a lot of time searching for a suitable sound control tray app (managing the volume different audio streams, stopping&resuming etc.) but couldn't really find anything. Now, Cinnamon comes with a really beautiful solution https://cinnamon-spices.linuxmint.com/applets/view/150 (same on github: https://github.com/Koutch/Cinnamon-soun … ps-volume). (How) is it possible to use this applet in a fluxbox system tray?

Applets are plugin extensions for a desktop - they require that desktop as base environment.
Fluxbox is mostly a window manager with a toolbar. It can be run in window manager only mode, maybe alongside the rest of Cinnamon (replacing muffin)
