Broadcom BCM94352Z not working with arch iso

I am trying to install Arch, however, my network card dont work out of the box with the latest arch iso.
I do not have an ethernet port on my laptop. It is a Dell XPS 9530, with an exchanged wireless card.

The output of ip link is this:
