Opened Forum for Developing GTK, KDE, XFWM4, OB3 themes!

I have decided to open a forum for help anyone on linux theming.
I'm Andrea Cimitan and I have a good experience in theming (I'm the creator of themes like "Candido" "Aerials" and lot more)

I beleive this should probably go into "USer Contributations", so I'm sure a moderator will move it. But nice idea, I'll register on it later.
