Chromium interface rendering too slow with HiDPI-configured Gnome

Configured Gnome as Wiki.

Have set scaling factor to 2 in Gnome Tweak Tool.
Have set org.gnome.desktop.interface scalling factor to 2.
(only set one of them cause incorrect display, with small fonts or overflow font.)
And wrote a .sh to call xrandr when Gnome starts up (using Tweak Tool to autostart):

xrandr --output eDP-1 --scale 1.5x1.5
xrandr --output eDP-1 --panning 2880x1620

The result is that the interface of Chromium becomes very slow.
For example, a few seconds after I click the options button, which has three dots on it, the menu will firstly show its border, then the items. And when the cursor hovers on one item, it will take seconds to show the highlight.

And the atom editor has the same problem.

Any ideas?

gnome on wayland? same issue on gnome on xog? in case of latter, please dump (in code tags) the output of "glxinfo -l" and "xrandr"
