Create package from 1 local file
Hello.
I have written a simple scipt for my own use only. Is there a way to package it and install it in a system? It is just 1 text file that I have made executable.

Yes. Put a copy of the file in the same directory as your PKGBUILD and add the filename to the "sources" array in the PKGBUILD. If you are not familiar with PKGBUILDs, check the wiki:
