ruby/python PKGBUILD Generator

Created scripts to create ruby-gems python-pypi PKGBUILD's on the fly
written in shell.

if people have suggestions or better modifications, please feel free to share.

This sounds similar to pacgem and gem2arch. There is also quarry which dynamically creates PKGBUILDs to build/update a custom repo.
